International Women’s Day

Women don’t belong in boardrooms. That was sadly a common belief in the 1960s. Yet if one woman could prove everyone wrong, it was Annelotte Koch. She took over the running of KAEFER with her two sons upon the death of her husband Heinz-Peter Koch in 1965. With her pioneering spirit, she expanded the company and quadrupled its headcount and increased turnover fifteenfold. A true pioneer in the boardroom and beyond.
