Challenging the traditional insulation process…
…that’s what KAEFER’s InPact approach is all about. InPact stands for Insulation Productivity Performance Action and is a proprietary, industrialised process methodology based on LEAN principles that uses a centralised approach to improve efficiency and drive innovation in insulation.
From 17 to 21 April, colleagues from seven countries gathered in Bilbao for KAEFER’s InPact SESSIONS 2023 to focus on tools to improve efficiency and standardise processes. During the event, participants also visited Tenneco’s TIER 1 automotive plant and central workshop in Spain, gaining valuable insights and real-life examples of continuous improvement.
