We take ac­tion for our safety

Most of our em­ploy­ees work on build­ing sites around the world. Every day, they give their all by brav­ing the heights, the cold, the heat and wind and rain. That’s why we in­volve them in as­sess­ing risks and de­fin­ing con­trols. Al­though it is our ut­most pri­or­ity to avoid it, in­cid­ents and ac­ci­dents may hap­pen. If so, it’s about en­sur­ing they don’t hap­pen again by learn­ing from our ex­per­i­ence and shar­ing this know­ledge throughout the com­pany. We fo­cus on fos­ter­ing an in­clus­ive safety cul­ture, which is sup­por­ted by our guid­ing prin­ciples and seeks to con­stantly find ways to min­im­ise risks and op­tim­ise pro­cesses. That’s the only way we can reach our vis­ion of zero work re­lated in­jur­ies.
