  • Our KAEFER Guiding Principles provide best practice rules and behaviours and are the basis for the successful implementation of life-saving rules – setting high standards that ensure prevention from life changing and frequent injuries.
  • With ProtAct, we provide a simple mobile solution that makes it easy to share events and observations from the field. It is directly connected to our HSEQ app that supports us in managing events, investigations and actions consistently. The cultural change becomes evident through the focus on leading indicators and the monitoring of involvement.
  • We perform a systematic annual assessment of the organisation to ensure our cultural development as well as the effectiveness of KAEFER behavioural tools. The consistency in this approach helps to identify and promote tools and processes which effectively drive culture.
