Karsten has been with KAEFER since 2015, holding senior leadership roles in corporate finance before becoming CFO on 1 January 2023. He oversees the company’s financial performance and supports sustainable growth across all regions.
Dr Roland Gärber
Chief Executive Officer
Roland joined KAEFER in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer. He later became Co-CEO before taking on the role of CEO on 1 January 2023. He leads the company’s global strategy and operations, drawing on deep experience in managing complex international businesses to ensure sustainable performance worldwide.
Sandro Barrach
Chief Operating Officer
Sandro joined KAEFER in 2002 with the Brazilian branch of the company. He progressed through various operational and leadership roles before becoming COO of the KAEFER Group on 1 April 2023. He drives operational excellence, quality and safety across all business units, and brings decades of hands-on industry experience and a strong focus on creating value for clients.
