KAEFER in Spain will take on more than 140 employees from SUAVAL-Wanner, expanding its local business and consolidating its position as a leader in industrial insulation and scaffolding.
Bremen, 1 March 2024. KAEFER, one of the world’s leading providers of technical industrial services, announces the acquisition of several autonomous operating units (UPAs) from the SUAVAL-Wanner Group, a Spanish industrial services company.
The acquisition of the SUAVAL-Wanner UPAs, located in Asturias, Madrid, Catalonia and the Canary Islands, is fully in line with KAEFER’s strategy of geographic and service growth in Spain. More than 140 employees will join KAEFER, and the UPAs will be fully integrated into the company’s existing operations. The team will add valuable experience and market knowledge to KAEFER’s skilled workforce in Spain.
