We are pleased to announce that KAEFER’s group-wide Compliance Management System (CMS) has been audited by KPMG, which has confirmed the implementation and appropriateness of the CMS for the areas of anti-corruption, antitrust and fraudas of 31.03.2023 according to the Compliance Standard AsS 980 of the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (IDW PS 980 n.F.) and with due consideration to ISO 19600.
KAEFER is continuously monitoring and updating its comprehensive CMS to help achieve our corporate and compliance goals, protect our reputation, and strengthen our ESG efforts.
